They have the greatest group of people working there. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else even if I have to pay more.

A pharmacy I can love! It's so much nicer to use a local pharmacy than CVS or Walgreens. There's never a line and everyone is friendly. The staff can really get to know you. Parking is plentiful and right outside. I highly recommend switching to Valley Pharmacy!

Great service and communication. Always willing to go the extra mile and help customors by working with doctors etc when insurance is being difficult. Great local goodies in store as well. Can't say enough good things!

Trust me when I say that Valley Pharmacy is so amazing in so many areas. Their staff are so so so nice. Understanding and non judgmental. . Because my insurance has zero copay. I always make sure to purchase products that I can use and need because I want to help in anyway I can so that Valley Pharmacy can provide the community with such wonderful services. I’ve never in my have I dealt with such a smooth operating pharmacy. The staff is amazing!! They’re sooo nice. The service is amazing!! If there is a problem with insurance or something they’ll explain what has to be done to fix the problem and it gets resolved!! I am soooo happy I switched from a major chain pharmacy that I’ll never go back. It’s exactly how a pharmacy should be. Not having to adjust my work schedule around waiting for my medication is priceless to me. A++++++++++. I love this place. I also want to add that I always feel comfortable calling and speaking with the staff about any issues or problems im having when the unexpected delay in getting the proper documentation for the RX. I feel like they have my best interest in heart and it shows. And i just want yo say thank you for being so kind , professional, caring and supportive. Plus they have amazing ice cream! 🍦

Moved to Shelton from Stamford, was so sad to leave my local pharmacy there. Went back to the “leave a message and we’ll call you back within 4 hours” crap that CVS does. Then the nurses from Amedysis referred me to Valley, so happy I found them! So sick of CVS and chain pharmacies and their lack of care/ helpfulness. This place packages my grandmothers meds by time of day and if the doctor changes them they take them back and Repackage them, for FREE. Delivery driver is extremely nice. No longer need to worry about dealing with CVS and their errors constantly. Cherish these local businesses!

My family switched to valley pharmacy once it opened in Derby. We were sick of the corporate pharmacies. We really can't say enough about your wonderful staff. They are so friendly and get to know us by name. The personal interactions with them is amazing. Whatever your needs are they find a way to help you. If you haven't had the chance to stop in either of their locations please put it on your to do list. You will be amazed with their staff, and surely switch your families prescriptions over to this family run pharmacy....

I switched to Valley Pharmacy since they first opened and they have been a godsend. No long lines, caring and attentive staff! They always go above and beyond to actually help with insurance issues or even a few times when my young children have been sick they had the medication filled right away. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to all of us!

I can't say enough good things about Valley Pharmacy in Derby. My prescriptions are often ready within 30 minutes, and they even offer free home delivery if needed. Unlike the big chain pharmacies, there's rarely a long wait when I pick up my medications. What really sets them apart is the staff. The pharmacists and employees are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They always take the time to answer my questions and explain things thoroughly, and I never feel rushed. Their personalized service and genuine care for their customers are hard to find these days. If you're looking for a pharmacy that treats you like a person instead of a number, I highly recommend Valley Pharmacy. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.

The only pharmacy that feels like family they make you feel like you’re walking into more than just a pharmacy. Everyone there has a smile on their face. They’re welcoming you’re not gonna find any other place. That’s as welcoming as this. They also go above and beyond for their customers I would scream their name from the rooftops for anybody that has a pharmacy that’s not treating them correctly this is the one you want to go to.
